Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a few extra days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options for Australian orders:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Australia only. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your order through the carrier's website or visit our Track Order page.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@thecatnook.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
